At ShinyRV.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

7-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Items

Items must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.

Installed, damaged, or modified items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Electrical components once installed

TPMS sensors that have been used/installed

Clearance or final-sale items

with your order number to request a Return Authorization.

Pack your item securely and ship it back using the instructions we provide.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping charges) to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We pay shipping if we shipped wrong item.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, please start a return and place a new order for the correct item.
